With an aim to promote itself as an encompassing solution for fuel payment solutions in the United States, QuikQ has launched a new fuel card system. The company has entered into agreements with the three largest truck shop chains in the United States, namely, Love’s Travel Stops, Pilot Flying J and TravelCenters of America. The event gives rise to a scenario where QuikQ become a prominent player in the industry of fuel card payment platform.
With this association and other independent truck stop contracts, QuikQ has created a nationwide footprint. The company now offers the following services:
QuikQ has aided Love’s Travel Stops’ private label payment platform for more than five years now. The platform is known by the name of Love’s Express. Development of Love’s Express has given QuikQ a base to build momentum in the trucking industry.
QuikQ has entered a segment which is already dominated by companies like Wex and Comdata. Wex has extended its contract with Sheetz for another 10 years. Sheetz is a US-based family-owned gasoline & diesel chain store. It has currently more than 550 outlets spreading across West Virginia, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
According to PayNxt360, country's fuel, utilities, and other prepaid cards market in terms of transaction value is expected to record a CAGR of 8.4% during 2017-2021 to reach US$ 15,331.8 million by 2021, increasing from US$ 11,103.8 million in 2017.
