International mobility solutions provider, Mahindra Comviva has introduced latest version of mobiquity Wallet with embedded chatbot feature that provides customer support for making digital payments. The new mobile application is laden with interactive interface that facilitates conversations with customers. As part of initial phase, registration and payments will be performed by chatbot with further plans to expand into context driven interaction and artificial intelligence. Mobiquity wallet is a comprehensive solution for both customers and service providers.

On the service provider end, it is targeted at financial institutions, retailers, telecom operators and customer service experts for customer engagement and relationship. Chatbot feature is also influencing mobile commerce by integration of payments, loyalty, mobile marketing and social features. It utilizes NFC (HCE), BLE, QR Codes, biometrics, geofencing and sound based payment solutions for enhanced customer experience.

According to PayNXT360’s global consumer survey, service is going to play a key role in differentiating offering in mobile wallet space. Millennial generation is more inclined towards usage of chatbots.
